Pizza doughs are made fresh daily at each location – not a commissary – using established recipes and practices. A choice of three crusts, three sauces, a blend of five cheeses, and a line of gourmet Signature Series Pizzas complete the pizza menu.
Each pizza is then baked in a specially-designed fire brick oven – not on a conveyor belt – to enhance the flavor and produce Me–n–Ed’s distinctive, crispy crust.
Our expanded menu offers even more great tasting Italian food for our customer’s dining pleasure. Using our freshly made doughs and sauces, we have created delicious Italian Deli Sandwiches, Calzones, Strombolis, Focaccia Bread, Garlic Bread and Garlic Cheese Bread.
Freshly tossed Signature Salads and easy-to-prepare Pastas complete the entire menu (In Participating Locations). The menu also offers a full beverage list of imported and domestic beers, wines, sodas, juices, and ice teas.
